I received an email from a recruiter about one week after I applied for the position. She was very nice and we set up a time for a short (30 min) qualifying phone interview. She concluded by saying she thought I would be a great fit and would be forwarding my information along to the hiring manager that afternoon.

3 Rounds of Interviews. 1st is a call with the recruiter who asks about your resume, expected salary, etc. You then get a call from the hiring manager about a week later. If that goes well you'll receive an invite to a Microsoft Teams interview the next week. This is the interview that counts as you will meet every lead/manager from the dept. After that you can expect a decision within 2 weeks.
