The online screening had several questions, would need to allot several hours to complete it. All questions were behavioral, was able to re-do video responses as many times as needed. Very helpful to review their tip guides before starting so that you set up your video and approach the questions the right way.

They were mainly interested in previous qualifications, for example how I approached working in a team.
First step was an online interview where you had tow chances to record yourself answering questions. Questions were not hard and mostly behavioral. I had one phone interview that was not hard and had minimal technical questions. Received an offer a few day later. They did drug test prior to the internship start, but they do not test for marijuana. Interns do get a housing stipend.
