I received a phone interview, and then an on-site interview. Both were relatively standard, with the women conducting the phone interview being really engaging and friendly. The on-site interview lasted a few hours, and was slightly more difficult, but not to a unachievable standard.

3 Rounds of Interviews. 1st is a call with the recruiter who asks about your resume, expected salary, etc. You then get a call from the hiring manager about a week later. If that goes well you'll receive an invite to a Microsoft Teams interview the next week. This is the interview that counts as you will meet every lead/manager from the dept. After that you can expect a decision within 2 weeks.
