I applied without much thought to it. I received a call for an interview about 2 weeks after the application. The interview was fairly easy and quick and I was hired on the spot. The manager that interviewed thanked me for dressing appropriately and actually making the effort to dress in interview attire. I was only asked for references once I was hired. The orientation day you are shown around the theater and given a food handler's test and safety tests. Your first or second day of work includes a very comprehensive testing stage in which you sit in the break room on a computer completing tests to make sure you're capable and attentive enough for the position (the tests take forever to complete because they give you a whole bunch of information that you can't skip through and the information is hardly needed for the test.)
