Asks questions about experience with customers and how to deal with messy situations. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule and be able to work long shifts. Very good overall and very kind people.
It was a very easy interview. They called in regards to the application and set a date for the interview a few days later. Upon arrival, I waited for a few minutes, got taken to a back room and asked some questions. It was all general questions, like, what is your idea of customer service and a few scenarios questions aswell. The question that stood out was probably..what your favorite movie is and why.
