Applied on a Saturday, got a call the following Friday for an interview the next Wednesday, the interview was laid back, they try to make you comfortable if nervous, got 2 reference sheets to fill out and turned it in the next day, and two weeks later got a call to schedule orientation. The person interviewing me was really nice and she said to relax because I was so nervous, as it was my first job interview.
Asks questions about experience with customers and how to deal with messy situations. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule and be able to work long shifts. Very good overall and very kind people.

Met in person for 30-ish minutes with two managers who were just a few years older than me. They asked questions ranging from my past experiences to my love for film and availability.
