The interview process included an over the phone screening, a formal first interview with a panel, then followed by another panel interview with higher organizational leaders. The last two stages were conducted in over Zoom.
My main complaint over this process was over how the HR representative handled the interview process. After my first interview I was asked whether I could meet the following day, first thing in the morning. Completely last minute (which they acknowledged) making the interview process feel rushed. Shortly after agreeing to a time, I never received the link to join the call.
There could have been more communication from HR with interview feedback throughout the stages and simply more time invested demonstrating interest in candidacy.
