Had an interview with HR, who said I was a strong fit. Never heard from the company again, despite asking for news directly to the person who interviewed me. In my experience, this sort of unprofessional behavior almost always shows that there's a dysfunctional culture inside the company. It's also ironic, since apparently, the company started on the mental health sector.
