The application process was long and drawn out when I did finally receive a job offer the onboarding was even longer. Constant emails from HR assistants asking for documentation which had already been sent to a different HR assistant.

Multiple interviews, a bit repetitive, all done remotely via Team or telephone. Should ask more about IT skills, customer care and team work in the interviews in my opinion. They need to be clearer in their job description about how many shifts they would like you to do and on what days as well.
