There are 2 process of interview with Reed Elseiver. The initial and first interview is from the Lead Recruitment. Once you have passed this interview, there will be a second one which is the interview by the Operations team.

The interview process is well organized and structured. Candidates are asked to wait in a separate breakout room while the HR representative prepares for and conducts the interview in a smooth, efficient, and professional manner.
