There are usually two interviews, and these are going to be in full English. Once the interviews are done, it tends to be a fast process/response. Having an idea of the company and position you're applying to is a must, in my opinion.

Very relaxed. Questions focused on your experience and personal skills. Worked to find out who you are as a person and what motivates you. Took a tour of the facility and was able to speak with employees as well. Really enjoyed getting a first hand look at what the work entailed!
