This is a pretty straight forward 1 on 1 interview with a few of the employees you will be working under, depending on the position being interviewed for. Interviewee will also be walked through the offices to get an idea of the atmosphere of the company along with the way the branches work.

There are usually two interviews, and these are going to be in full English. Once the interviews are done, it tends to be a fast process/response. Having an idea of the company and position you're applying to is a must, in my opinion.

Very relaxed. Questions focused on your experience and personal skills. Worked to find out who you are as a person and what motivates you.
Took a tour of the facility and was able to speak with employees as well. Really enjoyed getting a first hand look at what the work entailed!
