Went through two phone interviews, the second of which was with the founder of the company. They sounded like a genuinely passionate group of people however I wasn't truly hooked. The discussion with the founder was just that - a discussion - rather than a true interview. He fully explained his role and what my role would be within the company. While it was a positive overall experience, the pay wasn't nearly enough for the type of work you'd be put up to.
