Case interview and presentation. You’ll have at least three rounds total. The presentation is in front of several full time employees at varying levels of tenure. The case is a typical social impact case study.
Applied before the deadline and heard back before the deadline about getting an interview. It was a 45 min zoom interview, partly behavioral and partly case. Interviewer was somewhat judgemental about my past experiences (called it “eclectic”). They said they’d get back to me in 2-3 weeks and have since ghosted me.

Personable interviewer but definitely challenging especially for those who are newer to casing. I would definitely recommend practicing casing on social impact areas and brushing up on graphs and charts.
