Started with standard tech interview, fairly straight forward and no issues there. Was immediately told I was the top candidate and the one they wanted. Cue 7 weeks of delays, attempts to schedule follow up interviews with others (i.e. CEO), and more delays. After over 7 weeks (again, they keep saying I'm the one they want the entire time), all interviews done, all delays resolved, they suddenly decide they want to move the position off shore. Don't waste your time here; especially avoid the people in charge of Operations who will lie directly to you.
