First I had a 30 minute HR screening call, The following week I had a hour long hiring manager interview. The next week I had an interview with the hiring manager's manager, and a senior team member. I followed up but heard nothing from HR for the following two weeks. (Assuming they moved on to other candidates) I checked in again, and HR contact said they hadn't heard anything from the hiring manager. The next week - three weeks after my last interview, I was told by the HR contact that they decided to go with someone with more CDP experience.
