I was met by the Finance Manager (my line manager) and Head of Finance upon arrival. The interview consisted of approximately 90 minutes of interview questions and 30 mins Excel test. They were both dressed smart casual and were very keen to make sure I was relaxed, had a drink and opportunity to use the toilet if needed. It felt like a very friendly interview as opposed to some which can feel somewhat interrogative.
