Entrevista
Standard process of online assessment followed by a onsite interview. The onsite interview consisted of 4 interviews.
Overall, the engineering team seem extremely kind and every question was fair and not thay challenging.
The only negative is the fact that I was told i would hear back by a certain date but had to wait ~3 weeks for a response.

Typical SE process, OA/phone followed by virtual onsite. Nothing crazy or unexpected from the technical problems.
I believe that Redfin strongly values culture, evident from the fact that all the engineers that interviewed me were incredibly kind. However as with any interview experience, your mileage may vary.
