Interview process is not planned properly, It has 15 days of evaluation period in which your supposed to learn a new technology without any proper guidance and infrastructure. Once you complete the evaluation they ask you for more time to make a decision. After wasting nearly one month they call you for the interview and the basic questions which can possibly asked ahead of evaluation period.
