Started with phone screen. Then second phone screen. Finally got in-person interview. Lots of esoteric questions. Didn't seem to focus much on "real life" experiences. They've gone Jim Jones on all the Agile stuff, pair programming, etc., etc. They seem very arrogant over all their success and that you should be honored to just be interviewing there. They have some cool technology but seems like there is little independence for developers.
