Initial phone screen for 5 minutes, basic questions about your knowledge of the company and the position. On site interview with an overview of position in a group of other candidates followed by interview. Standard interview questions followed by mock call script. Ends with a tour of the area you will be working in.
You will be emailed a link to provide them with education and criminal history. Provide them with any convictions you have, don't include times you were arrested/ charged and case was dismissed or charges dropped.
They will contact you over the phone with an offer within 48 hours if they are interested.

Open zoom meeting room for interviews. Two quick rounds of interviews. We went over call scripts and got some feedback. Overall a very easy interviewing process. I was given an offer and now have to submit to a background check and drug screen

The interview process was smooth. Normal
questions & they’re very straight forward , look into the company before applying cause they ask you about it. It’s also very hard to get an interview with red ventures so if you got it then they’re really looking forward to hiring you. Also they’re going to ask you to sell something to them, they’ll pick an object in the room and you have to make a pitch on the spot but they are very friends & will train you very well
