It was a phone screening and then a case study. passed the phone screening failed the case study. The interviewer were quite nice and polite, I had a good experience.

Phone Call -> Case Study -> Final I was first rejected from the company and they reached out again saying that they are interested as they made changes in immigration policy. I passed the case study round, but suddenly got a rejection email as I needed authorization to work, and they didn't want to "risk denial in the future." It was confusing how the company went back and forth with their policy. First, they rejected me and then reached out again saying they are interested in interviewing. Then, after spending hours on the interview process, they switched back. I believe that the recruitment team needs to respect everyone's time and confirm all admin details BEFORE providing a case study.
