I got a call a few days after applying online. I had a brief phone interview..10-15 minutes and moved on to the next round. I have an in person interview today and I'm just worried the company isn't for me. I'm not a great sales person and i heard the turnover rate is high.

Entrevista
First round was an initial interview with HR just to walk through my resume and background. Second round was with the hiring manager so that we could discuss the open position and my background. Then the third and fourth rounds were with members of the team just so we could get to know each other and see if our personalities meshed.

Entrevista
Organized, thorough, pleasant. Consisted of 4 rounds with the final round, a 2 hour process with different team members. Definitely do your research on RV & the culture & of course the role you’re interviewing. Be yourself.
It was fine. Looks like a cool place to work, not your typical office setting. Great campus with plenty of opportunity for growth. A friend works there and really enjoys it.
