normal sale interview. phone interview then a few tests online. then an onsite interview with a tour and a shadow process. they asked me to pitch a product and then i read a script. i got the job.
It was easy to average interview questions overall. However, be prepared to do a mock phone call, this took most of the interview time up. They run a test scenario on you to see your first reaction. Remember to ask about the customer problems and then end with a solution from the given brand.

Long day touring the campus and shadowing employees. Good experience. It was great to get to know the employees who worked there before actually working there. Very cool and large campus but you don't get to use the benefits very often.

I thought the process was easy. There is a group interview followed by a one on one. Make sure you stand out in the group interview, but not in an annoying way.
