There are essentially 3 "interviews". I put the word interviews in quotations because only one of them is a legitimate interview. As you wait to be interviewed you will hear yelling and loud house music making you feel like this is a young, hip and care-free environment.The first interview is a 1 on 1 interview which is fairly easy and if you are the slightest bit qualified, you will get the call back for the "second round interview" the next day. Please, if you have gotten past the first one, run away during this one. I say this because this second interview is no real interview. Someone will take you out on a run to an HRA to pitch to random people on the street. They will not pay you for this. You will be there until 5, at which point you will head back to the office. They will not provide you with money for transportation and will explain the way their "company" works. If all goes well. which it will because they NEED people because of the constant quitting of their employees, also they make money off of you because the whole thing is a pyramid scheme, you will have your 3rd round interview that same evening. You will have to summarize your day and take a little test at which point they will tell you that you have been hired.

WorST job ever, you work long hours and make no money. It's a pyramid scheme. If you are looking for a real job, this is not it. They hire anyone because people always quit, not because is hard but because you are going NOWHERE.
