The first interview (1h 30m) was with the CEO. She asked a lot of questions that directly related to the duties outlined in the position description, and asked to call back on some experiences that directly related to that skill / task / duty. The second interview was with team (1h) where they sort of elaborated more on the position, and explained it was more client-facing than initially understood.
