I applied through a staffing agency. I received a phone interview that was very brief and just asking me about my background and work experience. Was then scheduled for a face to face interview a week later at the Boca Raton location where I was interviewed by the department's supervisor as well as one of the Executive's (who initially did the phone interview). They asked standard interview questions in my opinion and were very personable.
