I had an initial call with a recruiter, then met with the hiring manager, then had a panel interview with 3 engineers.
I never heard anything after the panel interview. I even reached out to the recruiter, Todd Bourque, after not hearing anything for approx 10 business days. Never heard back.

Initial phone screening with hiring manager, followed by a panel interview with two team managers, then a follow-up conversation with the hiring manager to discuss next steps, role fit, and overall candidate alignment.

Screening interviewer looked at my graduation date on CV and immediately said I was over qualified. Proceeded to discuss salary expectations, it was obvious EMEA pay was well under what UK market would pay for role at this level.

There were a number of interviews some scheduled in the same day and across a number of days. They were wrapped up fairly quickly. Most of the questions were about my experience and some were about Kubernetes.
