Extreme lengthy!!!Applied online went through 6 rounds interview, after the final round entire process last over one month. At the end, they go for the other candidate saying more relevant working experience. really waste candidate's time jump all the hoops if working experience isn't that relevant. pls say so 'NO HIRE' in the early stage may be around the 3rd interview. The hiring process obviously needs much more improvement. waste 6 weeks of my time I don't think I'm the only one here.

Process was pretty seamless. Applied online, heard back a week later from a recruiter. Had an initial call with her, she was really nice and explained the job and gave more background on the company (and the open source culture) Asked a few questions in regards to my experience and skill set. Told me she would present my resume to the hiring manger. A week later heard back that the hiring manager wanted to set up an interview with me. Had a great conversation with the hiring manager, spoke more in detail about my skill set, really wanted to learn more about my experience and how I handled customers. Was passed onto the next round to have an interview with a current CSM. This ended up being a video interview. Had another great convo with the current CSM, who delved more into specific questions around my experience and how that translates into a successful CSM. Heard back with a job offer from HR a week after that. SO incredibly excited to be working for such a unique company!
