Beginnig of process was very positive. Recruiter was exeptionally knowledgable and accomodating. On site interview process got a bit strange. While it is common place to interview with many cross-funtional team members, I have never been interviewed by my subordinates! Meet/greet is fine, but having them conduct interviews places the would-be manager at a great disatvantage to buikd the relationships.

First round HR screening followed by one managerial round around 30 minutes. After that one technical round of discussion around two hours. More than 100 questions were asked about RHEL

Questions asked were suitable for technical support engineer profile not for a managerial round. I could not understand what is their requirement a manager or a support engineer.
Pretty Informal. Three phone calls and one on-site. Basic management knowledge questions and review of past experiences and challenges. It Moved very fast. I was done in about 3 weeks
