Hired by a staffing agency as a temp-to-perm contractor. First spoke to the staffing agency's recruiter who gave me information on the job, then spoke to the hiring manager on the phone. Ultimately came in for an in person interview.

I went through different interviews. They said they needed to reclute someone for the position urgently but they took a lot of time between interviews and at the end they didn't hire anyone.

Biggest challenge in my previous job and how I managed to solve it.
It was a long preliminary screening process prior to the actual interview. Started in April and lasted a few months. Following that, the in-person interview was with 5 employees (4 face-to-face and 1 via video conferencing).
