HR called and set up a front interview by a local team member.
after the interview i was set up for 3 video interview with team members around the world.
over all it was a great experience for a first timer like me and everyone were nice.

Home exam was sent, 3 questions (leetcode style - easy-medium level]
followed by a phone call by the recurting team (more background]
on site interview - technical plus HR (more if you fit in the team and what are you looking for etc]
