Initial Phone Interview just based on my resume with the team lead. Then, had a two hour long onsite interview which consisted of behavioural questions, some logical puzzles and my experience.

followed by a phone call by the recurting team (more background]
on site interview - technical plus HR (more if you fit in the team and what are you looking for etc]
