Was approached by recruiters for multiple position this part was good and very professional as expected, and as someone who worked for the past 20 years supporting Linux and especially RHEL this is piece of cake right? well, at my first interview got one a hiring manager before the technical interview which is for me already a Red flag especially that the hiring manager from the U.S although the position was in Ireland "I do not want to call the hiring manager background by they are infamous on the internet discussion for hiring only people from their background" - so the interview was kinda cold he did not even shared his webcam and sounded not interested and total arrogant talking out of his nose all the time like he owns the company. he went on explaining the position followed by simple tech questions which were promptly answered. He thanked me and told me he will forward my application for next step which would be a deeper technical interview! as mentioned above I had two other interviews planned the next day and the day after those were not with hiring manager but rather with technical guys all based in Ireland or/and the U.K --> to my surprise the next day I received that automated email that the hiring manager will not proceed with my application which is Okay for me that happens then 30 min later received cancellation for the other two interviews - that is when my trust and love for Red hat fall apart! and it really confirms how unfair and discriminatory those hiring manager from that background are - for sure he might have trashed me on workday that the other interviewer cancelled the interview - this is discriminatory!
