Hr was kind but after the interview I didn't receive any feedback. It would be nice to receive some feedback because I don't know if my tech skills was not fit for the role or else.
I got the redbull wingfinder assessment , it was mostly behavioral kind of questions to know your personality . They gave few pictures and asked to select the one that resonates the most with your personality . I dint get anything after that yet

A recruiter reached out to me regarding the role, and given the requirements I decided I would consider it and move forward with and interview with them. I met with the hiring manager, and have a conversation regarding my experience and expectations, as well as theirs. Overall I thought it went well, then I was told I would receive a link to a few "simple set of questions" to see if I'd be a "culture fit". I received it and it was essentially an IQ test. I decided not to take it since I was on vacation at the time, and wasn't going to give it my full attention. Then the link was gone, and never heard back from them.
