Online interview where you have to talk to a skype cam and answer simple questions. Next you meet the Team Captain, and if she likes you then you will get a second interview with the FMS. Extremely simple interview process. Basically looking for a vibrant personality and communication skills. Knowledge of the company is a must. Know Red Bull events, sports teams, etc.

The interview process included two separate interviews with two different people. The interviews were mostly comprised of questions that would get to know how social and friendly you are as well as how you approach stressful situations. Being good at networking is key for this role and hiring managers make sure they are getting the right fit. A good first impression is also important. You will be out representing the brand everywhere you go. I got hired and it was probably the best job I've ever had to this day!
