I had an online test which was made of a set of 3 games. The test showed pictures of people and you needed to select from a menu different emotions. Another game was to be manager of a ski team which went through a challenging time.

Applied. Got called by Talent- passed through them and got sent to the hiring manager. She seemed kinda just to be reading off a screen. The process took overall a month. I was given a case study. Presented to 5 people. Overall, I felt like I didn't even have a chance considering they already knew the people they want for their roles- they just interview to be formal. If you aren't liked or WHITE you are not getting the job.
