I had a phone interview and then video interview followed by an in person interview the process took about a month but it was all pretty casual just wanted to get to know me make sure i was friendly and social. Just go in with an open mind and do your research on athletes and events the company puts on.

Very intensive with several rounds of tasks and interviews, personality test about 100 questions then interviews with your direct manager and regional manager. Not necessarily difficult, just a long process.

The interview process included two separate interviews with two different people. The interviews were mostly comprised of questions that would get to know how social and friendly you are as well as how you approach stressful situations. Being good at networking is key for this role and hiring managers make sure they are getting the right fit. A good first impression is also important. You will be out representing the brand everywhere you go. I got hired and it was probably the best job I've ever had to this day!
