Yes, you have the get through the online personality test. I didn’t mind it and found it interesting. Easy first interview with the hiring manager. Very casual and friendly. I walked through my current experience which is exactly the type of work I would be doing on this team. No real difficult interview questions, more about my experience and fit with the team. The hiring manager was overall a little slow to respond (clearly they need the help) and I had to send a couple of follow up emails to hear I wasn’t moving forward. Didn’t make sense to me to not move forward after my conversation, at least to the next round? Found it very confusing that I wasn’t moving forward. Overall the technology they use seems really antiquated and the future performance of the company is in question, so in the end it’s not much of a loss. I received a better offer elsewhere anyway.
