Der insgesamte Bewerbungsprozess ist sehr umfangreich, jedoch durchgehend transparent und spannend gestaltet. Der Selection Day als Abschluss ist wirklich anstrengend, zugleich aber sehr spannend und man kann aus den Aufgaben für sich persönlich vieles mitnehmen.

Relaxed, simple process there was enough time to prepare for each question. They had a great introductory video at the beginning to help you prepare for recording on your own, it can be a bit awakard when talking to yourself.

Online generated interview which you take in your own time, once a question pops up on screen you have 3 mins to answer. a zoom interview, then flown over to Austria for selection day.
Hirevue interview consisted of 5 general questions to be answered in 1.5 minutes with 30-60 second preparation time per question. Questions were vague and open ended leaving a lot to the interviewee to capitalise on.
