First an online test which is very easy. A lot of questions about your motivation and work morale are asked. Then a one way "interview" where you answer 4 questions within 12 minutes during which you are taped.

Relaxed, simple process there was enough time to prepare for each question. They had a great introductory video at the beginning to help you prepare for recording on your own, it can be a bit awakard when talking to yourself.

Online generated interview which you take in your own time, once a question pops up on screen you have 3 mins to answer. a zoom interview, then flown over to Austria for selection day.
Hirevue interview consisted of 5 general questions to be answered in 1.5 minutes with 30-60 second preparation time per question. Questions were vague and open ended leaving a lot to the interviewee to capitalise on.
