There was first a video interview where pre-recorded questions were asked to you and you were given 2 minutes to answer them. Once you got passed the awkward video part, I had an over the phone interview with my soon-to-be boss. Once I got passed that, I had an in-person interview with her. The whole process took about two weeks.
