I applied with my resume and a really good cover letter. did this whole personality quiz thing. I dont think anyone even read my resume/cover letter because the minute I submitted the application, I got an email saying they want me to do a video interview. It's basically done with an app called hirevue or something like that. 6 questions, some are written and some are a video recording where you have 30 seconds to read the question and then answer the question. i'm still waiting for a reply. but when i did my research....everyone looks like they're hooters girls. they're all girls and they're all ''hot''. Probably like 24 years old around there. im starting to think they only go for the looks.

whats your name, what school do you go to , how involved are you in school, whats the school environment like there
I completed the online application first, filling out forms etc. then got invited to a group interview in the head office. I then got a phone call a few weeks after
First I had to do a video interview where I answered questions and recorded myself, then a phone call and finally an in person interview. The in person interview was casual but they asked many questions and seemed to really want to get to know your personality.

Why do you want to work here?
What is your favorite flavor of Red Bull?
Long interview process, but questions were not super hard. You start with a test, then you send in a video interview followed by two more interviews. They want to see if you fit the company culture and have the communication skills for the job.
