Interviewer was about 15 minutes late to the phone interview. Came across as very stand offish and rude the entire time on the phone. Waited ~6 weeks to give any further interaction about the position.

First interview was good and gave me a good understanding of the position. The second interviewer was late and seemed uninterested in speaking to me. They were very good about getting back to me quickly.

Overall, the interviewing process was rigorous and took about 2 months to complete (from application to offer-- also this was during holiday season which most definitely prolonged my experience). The interview is set up into three parts: 1) phone call interview with a team lead 2) 6 in person or zoom interviewing sessions with 6 different team members 3) submitting references, etc. The interviews are challenging and specific, however very conversational based and less like an interrogation. It is clear that the team wants to know how knowledgeable you are while also making sure you will be a good addition to the community. Overall, I would say this is the best interviewing experience I have had. It was challenging but rewarding, exactly how I anticipate the job to be.
