There was an intensive phone screening process. After the phone screen, they chose the most qualified applicants. I was interviewed by two employees within the company. I felt that an effort was made to make the interview feel comfortable. The result was that I felt as if I was having a casual conversation about my qualifications and the work environment. Both interviewers were internship supervisors for different intern positions. The interview was mostly to assess what department you would best fit in as an intern.
I received feedback about the position within the next couple of weeks. I then had to clear a background check before officially starting the position.

First interview with HR manager involved describing your skillset. If you move to the next round you will interview with the supervisor for the position, where you will be asked difficult questions and need to sell yourself as the best person for the job.

Phone interview and then a in person interview. First you apply then you get an email stating that you can choose a day for an interview, after that you can expect a call from HR personnel and the. schedule an i person meeting.. they are indeed very friendly and professional

After submitting the online application, I was contacted for a phone interview about a month later. A few weeks after that I was scheduled for an in-person interview. The phone interview lasted about a half an hour and the in-person one lasted for about an hour, as I met with at least two different people. Overall the interview process was fair and not incredibly difficult.
