I applied through OCC . A person from HR called me and asked me about my experience , my goals, my plan for the future and my way of working and in the end asked for my CV . Then I had a personal interview with the team leader, he asked me in detail about my experience. Then the national channel manager called me, he also asked about my experience, major achievements and failures, how did I work, and manage stress and asked about the categories and the company.

It was done virtually, got a call from HR and then it was set for me to have the interview. there were questions on my experience in the trade and how i contributed to the sales target.
It was smooth. There were 2 interviews and the response was very prompt. The initial interview is with the HRBP who are very professional and the next one is with the Director who knows her stuff very well.

It was smooth. The HR coordinator was very polite. The process was very swift and finished in 2 weeks. I had to follow up after my interview, but the interview process was short and sweet.
