Interview process was quick and easy, possibly because it was an employee referral that did not go through the established HR channels. Phone interview, met with 2 managers and offer within 2 weeks.
Normal HR channels are quite involved, slow-moving and bureaucratic.
Smooth, employee-oriented interview, typical questions, good vibe. Interviewers were very kind and have provided me with a lot of useful information about future tasks. They inspired me to start working in fast moving consumer goods industry
