Multiple stages, first stage is recorded self interview which makes you feel like you’re talking to yourself and doubt what you’re saying. Odd questions which are difficult to answer and sound enthusiastic about.
The Interview application process started off with you sending in your CV, in which they will choose the candidate that best match there job description, Then a hirevue with behavourial question, if you past this you will be invited to a virtual assesment centre, Then after you passed it would be a in person assesment centre

I applied for R&D future leadership program. The recruitment stages are 1) vdo interview 2) online assessment, and 3) the assessment day.
VDO interview questions:
1. introduce yourself and your academic background
2. your favorite RB product, and why do you think its a success
3. leadership and innovative experience
4. what skills would make you be the top talented candidate
Assessment day (whole day activities from 9-5pm):
*2 group activities
*2 individual activities
*an interview
