Though after the interview I got a rejection, it was the first company which gave me clear explanations of why I didn't properly match the position and advice for future interview preparation. There were two managers on the interview. Their questions were mostly regarding my job experience and how much am I ready to take the position with full responsibility for the brand.

Entrevista
A clear interview process. They made it crystal clear since the beginning how the process works. Every time I had an update concerning my application I would get an email or a call and they would give me all information. I felt extremely comfortable during the interviews. It was more like a chat. I could get lots of insights concerning the culture of the company, daily/weekly/monthly tasks, processes, products and team. I wouldn't change the selection process at all.
