My friend referred me and I got a call via 3rd party consultant hired by RB. During my first call, consultant pushed me to confirm the interview on the short notice which I did as I was really interested in the role.
Then consultant stopped receiving my calls and HR person who was sending me the meeting links didn't respond to my mails.
Then after few weeks I got a 2nd call for 2nd round of interview with hiring manager and again consultant pushed me to do it on a short notice (same day) and I had to agree.
Interview happened and same story where my calls were not getting any response and there was no clarity. This time, I waited for almost 1 month and then I got a call that I am selected for the final round.
This time I requested proactively that it should not happen on a short notice but I was again told that interviewer won't be available for next 2-3 weeks so I have to attend.
Interview happened and then I didn't not follow up for 2 weeks considering the normal cycle time of getting responses but then my follow ups started and for around 1.5 months, I didn't hear anything from the consultant.
I wrote one message to the consultant expressing my disappointment and then received a one liner message that I am not selected.
This happened in 2020 and I have messages also. Today, I feel lucky that I couldn't clear the interview because if such a big organisation executes a pathetic interview experience then surely the management would not be concerned about the employees and their care also.
Kindly think before applying. Also, ask the consultant to arrange a call with HR also.
